Call for tender

MEP Rosa D’Amato is looking for a professional or a company to manage her institutional communication.

This call is open to individual professionals and communication companies established in Italy or Belgium.

Applicants must be able to work in Italian and English languages. The service provider will be requested to fulfill the following services and products:

• General tasks: coordination with the Member staff; study and analysis of parliamentary documents and texts; management and updating of the website and social media; promotion of parliamentary activity and relations with the European media.
• Production of posts, videos, notes and press releases;
• Press review on European issues.

The offer must contain:

1) Qualitative criteria (experience in the institutional communication sector; previous experience in the field of communication with the European institutions; work methodology and flexibility to accommodate short-term deadlines;

2) Cost of the services and products (VAT included).

Exclusion criteria:

• the person or entity is bankrupt, subject to insolvency;
• it has been established by a final judgment or a final administrative decision that the person or entity is in breach of its obligations relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions in accordance with the applicable law;
• it has been established by a final judgment that the person or entity is guilty of fraud, corruption, money laundering;
• the person or entity resides in a state different than the Member’s state of election or Belgium;
• offers not provided in writing via email will not be considered.

The key dates of this call for tender are the following:

1. Deadline for the submission of applications: receive the offer in writing via email by
   13/07/2023 (11:59 PM)
2. Candidate(s) selection: 14/07/2023
3. Start of the contract: 01/08/2023
4. End of the contract: 30/06/2023

MEP reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to advertise for new
proposals, to abandon the need for services, and to cancel or amend this call for tender at any
time prior to the execution of the written contract.
